Little Miss Bakery and the Doral Academy Cactus National Junior Honors Society

Last week Doral Academy Cactus had its first induction ceremony for our National Jr Honors Society.  We inducted 37 students who all wrote essays, completed service hours and had at least a 3.5 all year last year. 

I was very honored to be involved in this event and proud that I was able to donate these cakes as the ceremonies' refreshments.

Thank you to all the parents and students (and staff) for their wonderful compliments and high praise.

It was a pleasure!

This Saturday, November 28, is Small Business Saturday. This is a day where locals are encouraged to shop small local businesses. Reminding everyone that when you shop local and small, you're keeping your money within your community.

As a small business owner, I encourage you to visit a Farmers Market, a family run restaurant or contact Little Miss Bakery and spend a few dollars supporting your community!

This Friday and Saturday, Little Miss Bakery will be at the  Doral Cactus Campus supporting the Drama Society and their production of Charlotte's Web . In addition to colorful cupcakes and cake-pops, we'll have these adorable Charlotte and Wilbur cookies. Come join the fun! Curtain opens at 6:00 both nights!
